Arrival

[Kane]

The Prince's ship sailed into the Harbor of the port of Neword town.

Cho had requested to open up neogotiations with the locals, it had failed the first try, but she was more determined not to fail again. The Investors would demand her to attack the next time if some sort of settlement wasn't reached. Sam could see it as she and her were in the CV as the dropship began it's descent.

More by coincidence than on purpose, the dropship flew over the port town in search of a clearing. It found one about 1 mile off the location as it commenced it's landing cycle.

The Prince disembarked with his three knights. They got on their horses and prepared to leave for Viscount city.

The dropship had unloaded the CV and the commandos, who quickly boarded the Vehicle covering Cho. Sam meanwhile opened the hatch as the vehicle moved towards the road that the taccomp had picked up. She looked out, "hell of a world..." came Sam's comment.

The Prince and his Knights were coming along the same road.

The CV quickly turned on the road and started to head towards the capital. Sam got out her binoculars and started to look around. "hmmm." came her comment.

[Kane]

Thr Prince thought he could see something on the road in the distance but dismissed it and continued.

Sam checked on the road "Hmm, not bad." she commented. "She then looked around and zoomed in on the binoculars. "horses?" came her rhetorical question.

[Kane]

The objects in the distance got bigger and eventually the Prince realised that they were people.

Sam shouted down "Stop the vehicle." Cho blinked. "huh?"

[Kane]

The Prince and his continued on eventually coming to a stop.

Sam watched as he did. "well, I'll be damned. Face to face at last." she said to him.

[Kane]

"Do you have business with me? if not then please stand aside" the Prince asked

[spaceflyer]

"Look, we're trying to find our way to your kingdom's capital." Sam asked politely. "Mainly for an audience with your leaders."

[Kane]

"Then you should come with us to the royal city" The Blue knight said "And as for Leader you'll want Archduchess Levena"

She said the Archduchesses name with disgust.

Sam quickly climbed out and sat on the top of the vehicle. "You say her like I would talk about slug soup." sam commented as Cho appeared. "hi by the way." she greeted.

[Kane]

"Archduchess Levena is nothing but a power mongering bitch, she's been building strange things around the kingdom of late and has been digging up magical artefacts of the Great empire"

Sam whistled "Might wanna be careful with digging artifacts up..." she commented. Cho nodded "I remember the incident on the Freedom 2 colony..." she recalled. "that was one hell of an incident..." Sam nodded. "Also sounds like we're gonna go nowhere with reaching a settlement with her..."

[Kane]

"The best thing we can do is put her under a sleeping spell then as she is unable to perform her duties authority falls to the Prince" The Blue Knight said

"Spells?!" sam remarked. Cho sighed. "I'd more use drugs, personnally..." sam commented. "one does of TT2X and she'd be unconciouss for sometime."

[Kane]

"Magic is more reliable than any chemical it won't we're off until we deem fit now lets go"

With that The Prince and his knights continued at pace enough for Sam and Cho to follow while the Prince sung a song reminiscent of 'We're off to the Wizard'

Cho didn't reply but went back under as Sam climbed back into the hatch so to be safe. The vehicle followed on. "A chemical like TT2X leaves the archduchess vulnerable to 'disappearing'" was what Sam heard Cho comment. Mainly at a tone so Sam could hear, Sam ignored it. "So what exactly is your kingdom like?" she started up the conversation. "Excluding leaders on a power trip."

[Kane]

"It's a fairly decent place, it's said that after the fall of the Great Amestris empire the royal bloodline came to this kingdom and founded it the rulers keep the power of the blood in check so that it doesn't run wild or they used to" The Black Knight said

"Used to?" Sam asked a little surprised.

[Kane]

"When the Archduchess took over the Prince who is of the blood was forced aside she used sneaky bylaws to keep in power and the problem is if the Prince isn't on the throne within three years then the power will become unstable, the tattered spire might even go into overdrive"
